• "Website" - cnsprojects.lk and its sub-pages.
• "Products" - the building materials and goods we supply.
• "Services" - consultation, specification, supply, delivery, installation and after-care we provide.
• "Quote" - a written estimate of price and scope we issue at your request.
• "Order" - your request to purchase Products and/or Services on these terms.

• You are responsible for any account you create and for the accuracy of the details you provide.
• Customer sign-in uses an email one-time passcode (OTP) rather than a password - keep access to your email secure.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or withdraw access to the website, or to an account, where these terms are breached.

• You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
• You may not use the website to transmit harmful code or to infringe the rights of others.
• You may not scrape, republish or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

All content on this website - including text, branding, logos, imagery, layout and design - is owned by or licensed to C&S Projects Private Limited and is protected by applicable laws. Brand names and product images belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content without our prior written consent.

• Product descriptions, specifications and imagery are provided in good faith and are indicative only.
• Colours, finishes and textures may vary from on-screen images and between production batches; natural materials such as stone and timber vary inherently (see the "Samples, colour & natural variation" section).
• Availability is not guaranteed; products may be discontinued or out of stock, and some items are marked "to be added" and not yet available to order.

• Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery and installation, which are quoted separately.
• Prices and quotes may change without notice; a quote is valid only for the period stated on it and is subject to stock and final confirmation.
• Where applicable taxes or levies apply, they will be shown or added in accordance with law.
• If a price or specification is listed in error, we may correct it and decline or cancel the affected order, even after it has been acknowledged.

Your submission of an order or acceptance of a quote is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order and/or receive payment or an agreed deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order - for example where stock, pricing, or delivery cannot be fulfilled - in which case any payment received for the cancelled items will be refunded.

• We currently accept payment by bank transfer and by secure pay-by-link. Card and banking details are entered on the provider's secure systems; we do not store them.
• Orders (or the relevant stage) are confirmed once cleared funds or an agreed deposit are received.
• Always verify our bank account details with us directly before transferring funds; we are not responsible for transfers made to incorrect or fraudulent accounts.
• We issue an invoice for each confirmed order. Title to goods passes to you only once payment is received in full.

• We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock, logistics and circumstances beyond our control.
• Please inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage or shortage at the time of receipt; report concerns to us promptly.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title (ownership) passes only when payment has been received in full.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the delivery location.

Where installation or other site services are agreed, scheduling is coordinated with you and carried out by our trained teams or approved partners. You are responsible for providing safe site access, accurate measurements and site readiness. Service scope, timelines and any specific warranties are set out in the relevant quote or agreement, which forms part of these terms for that order.

Samples are provided to indicate general appearance and quality; the goods supplied may show reasonable variation in colour, shade, veining and texture, particularly for natural materials. Such variation is not a defect. We recommend confirming critical colour and finish choices in person at our showroom before ordering.

• Made-to-order, cut-to-size, mixed-to-order and customised items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has begun.
• Unused stocked items in their original, undamaged condition and packaging may be returnable within the agreed period; restocking charges and conditions may apply.
• If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer, within a reasonable period after the returned goods are received and inspected.
• To request a return or cancellation, contact us using the details in the final section.

Manufacturer warranties apply to applicable products and are passed on to you where provided, subject to the manufacturer's terms and to correct storage, handling, installation and use. Our installation work is carried out to professional standards; any service warranty is as stated in the relevant quote or agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised alteration, or normal wear and tear.

• Ensure that the products and quantities you select are suitable for your intended application; we are happy to advise, but final selection is your responsibility unless we provide a written specification.
• Provide accurate site information, measurements and access.
• Store and handle delivered materials appropriately until use or installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&S Projects Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from use of the website, products or services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Sri Lanka.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply-chain disruption, shipping and customs delays, strikes, extreme weather, fire, flood, power or network failures, or acts of government.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it to understand how we collect, use and protect your data.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the website or place an order, shown by the "Last updated" date above.
